Maci Grace Diaper Review

Baby Half Off selected me to review a Maci Grace Diaper on my lil man! I was ecstatic to try out a new product. And not only that but it is local!

I received the Peek A Boo Black diaper. The lil snaps are so colorful! And we didn't have a black diaper in our stash so Bonus for the color! The 1st thing I noticed was the Bamboo inserts, that is 1 step above microfiber inserts (in my opinion). The 2nd thing I noticed was where the pocket is located-at the elastic waistband. Yay for no poop sneaking into the pocket, like sometimes happens with my other diapers. There is no way that is possible with this one! When my lil man poops it is big, and he goes at least once/day, if not more!

The inside of the diaper is soft and the PUL is not plastic feeling. The snaps are good and tight snapping. Sometimes a snap pops open on my other diapers, that did not happen on this one. However it could be because it is new, only time will tell!

The leg elastic was nice and tight, no complaints there! I didn't have to worry about tucking the insides into the diaper, they stayed that way when I put it on.

Then B tested the diaper out with a poop. At first I thought the diaper leaked on my leg (I was holding him at the time) but then I noticed the drool pouring out of his mouth! When I opened the diaper, there was no way it was a leak, definitely the drool! His poop is also not solid yet since he doesn't eat solids, so the diaper kept the runny poop contained.

The diaper passed the test in our house! I can't wait to order a few more. The one thing that does turn me off is they are only snap (maybe they will add velcro in the future). But we do have a lot of snaps in our stash so I will use this diaper in our regular cycle.
