I'm Back!!! With a few of my Favorite Things!

Well the baby is getting big and now that I have had a little experience I am going to post about a few of my favorite things! I am going to try to get actual pictures using our favorite things but here are stock pictures for now!

As you may or may not know, we cloth diaper in our house! It is all the new rage! And much different from when our parents did it. The diapers are just like a disposable but I throw them in the washer and Voila clean. I have many cloth diapers, different brands, styles, patterns, fabrics, etc. Who knew what you put on that lil baby butt could be so adorable!

One of our favorites is the Bum Cheeks Minky. We have 2 of them, one is green. This style of diaper is an All-In-One but it does have a pocket that I can stuff for extra absorption. Since it is an AIO it is a little slimmer on his bottom than the pocket diapers that I use. The diaper looks so cute on his lil bum and it is soft and cuddly like a teddy bear! Is it strange that I like to cuddle diapers?? I usually only cuddle them when they are new or fresh outta the laundry! I always joke with my disposable using friends that they don't get excited about new fluffy mail or walk around bragging about the new box of Huggies they just bought.

Cloth diapers are just SOOOOO cute! I bought the Minky's from a fabulous lil retailer near my home BabyHalfOff, they have a deal of the day always half off or more! It is so close to my home so I can pick up my orders from their warehouse. That warehouse always sucks me in and I buy much much more than I should!!

Here are some other treasures I have found to make diapering even more fun!! I also picked this stuff up at BabyHalfOff, however don't avoid the website because you think all they have is diaper supplies, they have Much.Much.More! I will post more later! Anything from socks to clothes to hats to feeding accessories to mam products to stroller locks, etc. You name it, they have it! That place is dangerous to my bank account but everything is half off - how.can.i.resist!?!?!!!

Econuts - safe for washing cloth diapers and leaving no residue or buildup! I was getting a stink when I used cloth diaper safe detergent for my cloth diapers. Then I switched to EcoNuts and Odor.Be.Gone! I also use it on the lil guys clothes now as there are no chemicals to harm his skin!

WetBag - this smitten wet n clear tote is my go to wet bag! There is always one in my car with a clean diaper in it. I also have the washcloth holder so I always have one of those handy and ready to go. I bought a 2nd one that stays in the diaper bag too. We are always prepared! Speaking of diaper bags, guess what else I found at BabyHalfOff , I told you this warehouse was dangerously close to my house!

DiaperBag - I was having a hard time finding a diaper bag that I liked, they were too small, too floppy, too many pockets for me, etc etc. Then of course, Black Diamond Messanger Kalencom diaper bag comes along and it is Just.Right. for this MamaBear! A few good pockets, 2 insulated bottle holders, a lil pouch and a mat to lay the baby on when you need to change him. And it isn't too girly, so my husband doesn't complain too much about it!
