Dangit I wanted to do better at blogging this week but somehow the week took over and I didn't blog...here is my week in review! I am going to try to be better this coming week!
Monday - P90X Legs & Back + Ab Ripper X
Tuesday - I ran 4.02 miles and went on the elliptical for 1 mile to cool down my legs
Wednesday - P90X yoga
Thursday - I wasn't feeling well so I took a much needed rest day
Friday - Ran 3 miles on the treadmill to loosen up the legs
Saturday - I ran a 12k, performed very poorly due to not feeling well. I felt nauseous the entire time. I am thinking my blood sugar was low because as soon as I got food in me after the race I felt fine. But I pushed through and finished the 12k, that is all that matters!
Sunday - Rest Day. Tomorrow is a new day and I needed today to reflect on my terrible race yesterday. I can't get over it. If I was feeling good I know I would've set a PR. Oh well, must move onward and upward!
